Through the booking form: name, mobile number, email, area of interest and preferred contact time. Through cookies, with your consent: aggregated browsing data (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your request and scheduling the free assessment: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and consent.
- Statistics and marketing: only with consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Health data collected at the in-person assessment is treated confidentially and only to provide the service.
4. Retention
Contact requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the period required by law.
5. Processors
Booking requests are sent through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Google (Analytics and Maps) and Meta (Pixel) only process browsing data with your consent.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent, by email at ludmilafocsa@yahoo.com, by phone on +351 926 171 156 or through WhatsApp. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
