2. Free assessment
The assessment is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. Its purpose is to check whether the treatment is suitable and to identify any contraindications.
3. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed after the clinic contacts you.
- Rescheduling and cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments without notice may prevent an immediate new booking. The terms of prepaid packages are agreed in writing when you sign up.
4. Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors and lifestyle. No specific results are guaranteed.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are presented at the assessment, including VAT at the legal rate in force. Payment can be made in cash or by MB WAY.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
We keep a physical and electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações). In case of a dispute, you may turn to a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution body: the Consumer Dispute Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Algarve (CIMAAL). More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
